International Shipping
We are currently are not able to ship to the following countries:
- Countries in the EU (due to the new EU's GPSR as of Dec 2024)
- Germany (due to the VerpackG law enforcement as of 2022)
- Ukraine
- Russia
- Costa Rica
- Malaysia
- Israel
If you reside in a country listed above, we suggest you use an online shopping proxy service, or have your order shipped to a friend/family in another country.
How to Ship to the EU
Unfortunately, we cannot feasibly and legally ship to the EU due to the new GPSR laws. Other creators who are doing so are risking a huge legal fee.
Instead, we recommend the following options:
Ask a friend in the US
Have your order shipped to a friend in the US, who can then forward the package to you as a gift.
Hanode also has a channel in her Discord server dedicated to finding friends in the US who are willing to forward packages, as well as finding friends in the EU to bundle packages with to help lessen the fees. If you're interested, please fill out this form for an invite link.
Use a shipping proxy
There are companies who specialize in forwarding packages from the US to your country. One such company is Stackry, a trusted company with great reviews.
Customs Fees
As of July 1 2021, all outgoing orders will have to owed VAT and/or a service fee, no matter the value.
This VAT will have to be paid once your order reaches your country's customs facility. There is a chance that an additional service fee may also be charged. These fees are determined by destination country - please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
Please note that these recent changes to VAT may also affect your package's holding time in customs. Please anticipate an additional 1- 2 weeks for your package to be held, in addition to our standard 4 to 12 weeks of shipping & transit time.
We would like to remind all international customers that when ordering from our shop, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Any charges incurred are the customer's responsibility, and must be remitted to the customs office in order for the package to be claimed.
Please be sure to claim any packages as soon as possible and pay any associated customs fees, otherwise the order may be returned to us!
If we receive a returned package that is marked as Unclaimed or Rejected from customs, we can either:
a) Have you repay the original shipping costs and ship your package out again, or;
b) Refund your order, minus a 10% restocking fee + the original shipping costs.
